The theme focused on leadership, critical thinking, and international mindedness. Through these sessions, students not only learned about influential African leaders but also reflected on the qualities of leadership and responsibility within their own school community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In October, the theme is health. Students launched the <strong>ARIS Market Initiative<\/strong>, where community members could purchase items using ARIS currency. This gave individuals the dignity of choice in meeting their needs\u2014moving away from the traditional model of simply receiving donations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This initiative is just the beginning. Students will now build on their experiences by creating <strong>artworks, stories, and reflections<\/strong> in their <strong>Language and Literature<\/strong> and <strong>Visual Arts<\/strong> classes. These works will be showcased during <strong>L.E.A.D. Students will be required to download Assessprep on their Macbooks or S.E.B app for other devices. This will enable them to take tests easily. Parents should also avoid fixing medical or visa appointments during this time. They have also completed their first official meetings.
